Library Books for Kindle are Here!

At long last Kindle books have arrived at the library. Thanks, Amazon!
We knew our patrons were chomping at the bit for these - see the graphic below for proof. In their first day, check-outs of library Kindle books by WCPL patrons surpassed all other digital formats.



Kindle books can be read on a Kindle (of course) or on any smart phone or tablet - just download the Kindle App. So far, there are plenty of titles, including best-sellers, instantly available. To get started, find and check out a book from our digital collection. Be sure to select 'Kindle Book' as the format. Your librarians have found the Kindle format and app very user-friendly. Give us a call or view this tutorial if you need help.
